Paula is a Coastal Georgia native and provides her clients with a depth knowledge of all aspects of our coastal lifestyle. In addition to successfully marketing and selling all types of real estate, Paula has been the general contractor on many new construction and renovation projects throughout the area and especially in Savannah's historic districts.
After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Paula went to work in operations management of a telecommunications company. After many years with the company, she developed a strong interest in property management and development. Paula became interested in real estate in the 1990's when she began buying and renovating historic homes in the Victorian District. Paula is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.
Serving the areas of downtown Savannah's historic districts, the surrounding residential islands of Tybee, Wilmington, Talahi, Burnside and Skidaway, as well as Midtown, the Southside, Pembroke, Statesboro, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Garden City and near by counties in South Carolina. Paula has experience in selling, marketing and promoting both commercial and residential real estate.
